What's Cooking At Cook Street Park?

The painting of the block wall facing Cook St. was a wonderful start on what I hope will be a series of new improvements to the park. As shown in the pictures below, there is plenty of room for improvement. I would rather be talking about the beauty of the landscape and the events scheduled to happen than rumors of drug use and gang activity. I guess the city government is my final editor.
