In the infancy of this blog, an idea was presented to me about compiling a HIGHLANDS COOKBOOK. A certain person who shall remain nameless offered to take on this project. He or she thought it could be a GREAT fund raiser for the HIGHLANDS COALITION. Not only that, I like to eat.
