MEMORIALIZING HARRY

We should put a plague in the International Garden at Ford School memorializing HARRY HARLY. While I often disagreed with the paths he chose, I was always in agreement with the destination.  No one can doubt his sincerity and the garden would not have achieved the level of success it has without his involvement.
