BEING THERE WITHOUT BEING THERE

Particularly here in the Highlands voting can be difficult for us. We know we need to but getting to the polls is not always possible. Former COUNCILOR-AT- LARGE CANDIDATE, HICO MEMBER, and GOOD FRIEND, CALVIN ANDERSON suggested a good suggestion at the HIGHLANDS COALITION meeting Monday night - ABSENTEE BALLOTS.
